About Arkadiusz Majewski

I love playing all kinds of games. I have always looked for patterns and emergent behaviors, which drove me to making my own games in my childhood. During my university years I had a brief infatuation with the Japanese writing system, then came back to gaming. From Japan I brought back an appreciation to viewing things from a totally different angle, while from the game design studies I got a ton of experience in board game prototyping and design principles of all gaming genres, from card games to LARPs, working on tight schedules and with various people, tools and skills. My career started as a tester. This gave me many opportunities to work with triple A titles, as well as my favorite PC games - the grand strategy games - and learn the game development cycle from a different angle. Afterwards I have jumped directly into my set path of a game designer. After all of these experiences I have become diligent, observant and eager to help anyone, especially, if I can use a spreadsheet to do so.
