I'm passionate about making a difference and to get a sense of accomplishment on a job well done in whatever I undertake. Whether it is to inspire people to succeed and surpass themselves or to take on an ambitious challenge from scratch and succeed. I can sincerely say that my strong leadership, my ability to inspire and connect with others along with my intuitive sense of judgment are my best assets. I always gave my employers unconditional dedication, loyalty, and results. Having worked so far for most of my career in Contact Centres as a solid Customer Experience advocate and in business development, in various capacities and at many levels, I know firsthand all the challenges involved in finding, developing and maintaining teams of performers in the front line, especially in today's competitive environment. Nowadays, employees value the working relationship they have with the person they directly report to, much more than the company they work for. This is why I have always displayed individual consideration, genuine recognition for a job well done and have upheld the human factor at all times. This allowed me to maintain healthy and productive working relationships. Over the years, this principal has fostered a great work life and maintained high employee engagement throughout all my people leadership career, which has ultimately always helped generate extraordinary business results. My leadership style is composed of a balanced mix of timeless values such as hard work, dedication, and respect. However, over my many years of managing and leading others, I have come to appreciate that the Gen Y and the Millenniums, don't really want to work for you, they want to work WITH you. This is why I tend to consult the front line a lot, include them in key decision making, empower them, provide them interactive training and coaching, creating micro-goals and little leaders in each of them, while holding them accountable to achieve the expected results. This has been my personal leadership style and the key to my success.
