About Armando Sanches

Ever since I was a child I have loved building things. I helped my grandfather build the family deck at the age of six and today I am a construction professional pursuing a career in Construction Project Management. I have worked in construction since with a partial year leave for personal development. Six of these years were spent as a Project Manager and five were spent as a Project Coordinator. I have led an eclectic career to this point with specific experience in earthwork, concrete, structural steel, electrical and general renovation construction. My rounded background allows strategic consideration of projects and their problems, empowering effective decision making. I believe this uniquely positions me for success in the construction industry. My motivation, tenacity and enthusiasm have delivered me repeated success in negotiations. Dealing directly with clients, I demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and positivity. Managing my time keeps me organized and focused in delivering my projects. I work hard under stressful conditions, and in an ethical manner. I can work individually or in a team; both leading and following. I possess the energy and patience required in learning and teaching new and challenging concepts. Finally, I am constantly looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and capabilities.
