About Arnab Pal

I am a passionate and dedicated Software Engineer with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in computer science, having graduated in 2019 from Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur. My professional journey began at Wipro Technologies in 2020, as production support engineer. I then advanced to PwC India, serving as an Oracle Fusion Middleware Engineer, where I took on the responsibility of building entire server infrastructures using the Oracle Fusion Middleware tech stack for DEV, UAT, PROD and DR environment. Later I joined The Automation Office (TAO) as an Associate Software Engineer where I worked on MERN stack and successfully developed an internal tool for extracting and correcting machine learning model data, and adding new data from input files to enhance model training. This project involved utilizing Node.js for the backend, React.js for the frontend, SQL, MongoDB and Azure Blob Storage for databases, Additionally, I implemented a log purging mechanism in Azure Function App, resolving a long-standing timeout issue and improving system performance. Currently, I am associated with Bristol Myers Squibb, working as a Software Engineer in the Veeva Quality Cloud domain. In my current role, I am developing an internal chat-bot using RAG architecture and Open AI, along with various automation tasks that streamline our processes. In addition to my professional work, I am currently pursuing minor in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from IIT Ropar, further expanding my knowledge and expertise in these cutting-edge fields. My technical skills encompass HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, SQL, Azure Function App, Python, machine learning, generative AI and Linux. I am continuously seeking opportunities to leverage my expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in the projects I undertake.
