About Arnab Roy
My research focuses on the mathematical analysis (existence, uniqueness, singular limits and long time behaviour of the solutions) of fluid-structure interaction problems. These systems come from different domains of application, such as medicine (blood motion in arteries), biology (fish swimming, bird flight, micro-organism motion), civil engineering (bridge construction), naval and aerospace engineering etc. I am also interested in Controllability, Stabilizability and Optimal control problem for fluid models (Incompressible, Compressible Navier-Stokes).
