About Arnav Sheth

I am a Computer Engineering junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a keen interest in hardware development, robotics, and computer architecture. My academic and professional experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in Verilog and Computer Architecture. Through my roles as a Teaching Assistant for ECE 385 - Digital Systems Lab and an Embedded Systems Developer intern at iSEE, I have honed my skills in FPGA and SystemVerilog, and implemented LTE modules in C++. My experience as a PCB Developer and Researcher with Dr. Chongya Jiang at UIUC has further strengthened my expertise in hardware design and integration. I have also had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including the development of a Lane Detection Algorithm using STM32H747, the creation of a 2048 game on FPGA, and the implementation of a Machine Learning algorithm on FPGA. Additionally, I contributed to the development of a GRUB-based Linux OS, showcasing my proficiency in low-level system programming and bootloader customization. I am proficient in a range of software and hardware skills, including Python, C, Verilog, x86 assembly, OpenCV, TensorFlow, 3D Printing, Multilayer-PCB designing, USB, and Protocols - I2C, UART, SPI. I am seeking internship opportunities in Embedded Engineering, FPGAs, and Hardware Design.
