About Arnold McLaughlin

My business development success over the years has been based on my desire to “drop a pebble and chase the ripples”, and turn this into opportunities. This patient, yet persistent approach has afforded me much success in my sales and business development career. I am currently licensed with Macdonald Realty Ltd, in Vancouver, B.C. My real estate career has focused only on commercial sales and leasing for the entire 40 years that I has been licensed. I have had longstanding and proven success over these many years and I am still active in the profession because of my passion for sales, allowing me to stay sharp day by day. I also serve in the capacity of Vice President, Business Development-Western Canada for X5 Management. X5 Management offers professional services to support business in the areas of: Customer Service, Sales Growth, Team Building, Leadership Development and Strategic Planning, with the objective of enhancing corporate profitability.
