Over these years, in my capacity as a Marketing Manager across a few industries, I have handled clients ranging from the most luxurious cars to the smallest of candy brands. Something that I have unknowingly learned in the process is the behavioral pattern of the branding season and the kind of content brands like to associate themselves with. As part of my role, I have been accountable for all marketing and administrative initiatives of my clients that have not only helped them drive traffic and engagement with their audience but also create sales and lead to better customer retention. As this was a customer service role it was essential for me to be empathetic and I learned how to quickly build and maintain relationships at all levels. This not only helped me understand a client’s requirement but also in understanding the business module in-depth and giving me a fair exposure to the various industries out there and their functioning.
