About Arshad Alam

As an HR Business Partner at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, I drive the strategic and operational HR needs of the 1600+ employees of Acute-2 cluster, India Business (Sales & Marketing). I have experience in business partnering, centre of excellence and talent management, including one year as a Management Trainee in Corporate functions, where I worked on various HR projects (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Driving Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, CSR etc.) and learned the best practices and policies of the industry. Prior to that, I have a three-month fellowship at the Centre for Social Impact and Philanthropy (CSIP), and nine-months Teach For India fellowship (Teaching) experience, where I applied my communication and problem-solving skills to create social impact. My core competencies include analytical skills, design thinking, and excel proficiency. I am passionate about developing and empowering people, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, and driving innovation and excellence.
