About Arvind Bhaskaran

Sustainability, Strategy, Logistics, eCommerce - these 4 words sum up my 10+ years of experience across India and Germany. Now working in the Corporate Strategy team at the headquarters of a truly global company, with presence across 220 countries, my primary focus is on steering the implementation of our Group Sustainability roadmap, bringing the numerous moving parts together and ensure we move towards achieving our ESG commitments as a unit. I am fascinated by the immense potential of companies to do more towards contributing to environmental protection, society and ensuring an engaging culture at their workplaces. Apart from this, I also work on / have worked on numerous other strategic topics including the DPDHL Group strategy development & implementation, portfolio/M&A topics, business growth strategy etc. Prior to this, I have worked for 3+ years in strategy & finance roles at the leading eCommerce platform in India, as well as ~2 years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
