I am a Civil Servant currently working as a Services Manager/Lead within the Ministry of Justice Headquarters (People & Capability Group). My role focuses on finance coordination, governance, workforce planning and ministerial support for the Prison Learning Delivery directorate. I work alongside MoJ Finance Business Partners, senior leaders and operational teams to ensure budgets, procurement activity, data reporting and governance processes are well managed and aligned to departmental priorities. I also coordinate ministerial correspondence, Parliamentary Questions (PQs), FOIs and briefing papers for senior stakeholders and site visits. Before joining MoJ HQ, I worked in HM Courts & Tribunals Service as a Delivery Manager and Team Leader, leading £450K transformation projects, digital rollouts, stakeholder engagement and estates improvements across Humber & South Yorkshire courts.
