A well-experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional, having 15+ yrs.(10 yrs. in Gulf & 5 yrs. in India) of rich HSE Management experience after being worked in Oil & Gas industry, Infrastructure (Roads, Buildings, construction, etc.) sector with world-known Global Clients (PDO, ASHGHAL, ADMA, ADGAS, ZADCO, GASCO, EQUATE, RAS GAS, QATAR GAS, etc.) for their iconic superlative Projects/ Contracts/ Shutdowns in Oman, Qatar, UAE & Kuwait. Expertise in the field of HSE management systems, Auditing & inspections, and conducting various HSE-related training to the different hierarchy of supervisory levels & workforce. Implement and manage Project HSE management, programs, and procedures, Supporting Project & Operational teams in their management of HSE issues through timely advice as per ISO ISO 14001, ILO Conventions & Recommendations to develop/establish an effective HSE management system. My Core responsibility has been extensive training, encouraging BBS-Behaviours Based Safety programme (STOP, IHTIMAM, 4CAAP) consulting, inspection, investigation, enforcement, development, implementation, and administration of Safety Procedures/ Programs to ensure compliance and reduce incidents in the workplace Investigate incidents, identifying root cause and timely corrective action; Analyze incidents for trends, ensure preventative action is implemented as required. Actively audit employee's lead indicator HSES practices such as Step Back 5 x 5, Behavioural Based Safety Observations, and Job Hazard Analysis; Ensure risk assessments/ JSA/ TRA’s are completed for all tasks and activities.
