As a multi-disciplinary professional with a background in Pharmacy, Health Services Management, and IT, I bring a unique blend of clinical knowledge, tech expertise, and leadership experience to the healthcare and disability services sector. My journey spans from Quality Assurance roles in the pharmaceutical industry to project coordination in IT, and now to advancing inclusive healthcare access and para sports programs through my current work with Sporting Wheelies. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Health Services Management at Griffith University, I’ve also earned an MBA in Health Administration and hold a Bachelor's in Pharmacy. I’ve led multicultural teams, driven service delivery for NDIS clients, and developed community-focused programs to support individuals with disabilities. I’m passionate about building systems that are inclusive, efficient, and person-centred—whether through policy, technology, or direct service coordination. My experience reflects adaptability, strategic planning, and a commitment to equity in health and social care.
