I’m an engagement-driven professional with a strong belief in the power of community voice to shape inclusive, responsive, and sustainable housing services. With over 7 years’ experience in community housing including SDA, and tenant engagement roles, I specialise in aligning service delivery with lived experience and social impact. Currently, I lead Tenant Review and Engagement at Believe Housing Australia, where I’ve helped implement the 2024–2026 Tenant Feedback Action Plan, championing transparency, accessibility, and co-design. My work supports national regulatory compliance and enhances tenant wellbeing across diverse housing portfolios—especially in areas such as social housing, disability, youth housing, and First Nations tenancies. My background includes successful roles as Business Development Manager and Engagement Coordinator, where I delivered revenue growth, built tenant advisory groups, managed SDA developments, and co-designed innovative community projects. Whether it's through stakeholder strategy, policy alignment, or placemaking initiatives, I bring energy, empathy, and accountability to every interaction. Currently studying Psychological Science and Sociology at UniSA, I integrate evidence-based frameworks into practice while continually building capacity through industry training in trauma-informed care, cultural safety, and mental health.
