About Ashley Arora

Hello, fellow gamers and industry enthusiasts! My name is Ashley, and I've been enchanted by the world of video games since I was a little tyke. Some of my earliest memories include sitting on my dad's lap, eyes wide with wonder, as he navigated through the tactical landscapes of the game Delta Force. Fast forward a few years, and I was knee-deep in the world of Quake 3 Arena, fragging my way to small victories and learning the art of competitive gaming. As a lifelong gamer, I'm no stranger to the drive and focus that competitive gaming demands. I gave it my all in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS: GO) scene and reached the Tier 3 tournaments. While I didn't hit the pro leagues, I built a skill set that goes beyond just quick reflexes: team coordination, strategic thinking, and an uncanny ability to stay calm under pressure. There was a point where I had to make the tough choice between pursuing a full-time eSports career or attending college. College won that round, but my passion for gaming hasn't taken a backseat. Now, armed with a degree and a relentless love for the gaming world, I'm ready to bring my A-game to the industry side of things. I'm on the hunt for job opportunities where I can blend my academic background with my first love—gaming. Be it game development, marketing, or community management, I'm excited to contribute to a team that's as gung-ho about gaming as I am. Let's connect if you think my mix of experience and enthusiasm would be a good fit for your team, or even if you just want to share your own gaming adventures! Game on!
