With over 15 years of experience in the Napa Valley wine industry, I am a passionate and versatile wine professional who excels at sales, marketing, and hospitality. I hold a BA in Liberal Studies with a focus on Journalism from California State University-Long Beach. As the Senior Membership and Relationship Sales Manager at Clif Family Winery & Farm, I lead the strategy and execution of our membership programs, driving revenue growth and customer retention. I use data analysis to identify and target customer segments, create and implement marketing campaigns, and optimize the customer experience. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand awareness and reputation in the competitive wine market. My mission is to share the Clif Family story and values with our members and guests, and to foster long-lasting and meaningful relationships.
