INTEGRITY - COURAGE - STEWARDSHIP - HUMILITY - PASSION I fell into the field of human capital and culture haphazardly, and have found a true affinity for driving and actively managing culture within the workplace. Competitive in nature, I find excitement in finding team mates that share the same passion and desire to win, and embarking on a growth journey together. I believe in having the COURAGE to stay true to oneself, fighting for what I believe in, and to take risks. I operate with INTEGRITY and believe in building strong relationships that allows for radical candor and the ability to express oneself honestly. My strong belief in STEWARDSHIP allows me to evaluate and consider the the needs of the team as a whole before that of an individual, including myself. Being someone of a growth mindset, I must display HUMILITY by knowing what I know, knowing what I don't, accepting my failures or mistakes as learning opportunities, and being open to collaboration. I have a strong desire to win in everything I do, and my PASSION for people and competition fuels me every day in everything that I do - especially in the workspace. Lastly, believe in work/life integration, and who I am in and out of the workplace are one in the same. I'm always recruiting team mates both on and off the work "field", and am happy to connect with those that share the same values and can help my personal and professional growth journey!
