About Ashley Oneill

I started my career in the Intellectual Disability field while still in college, working for a developmental disability provider agency. I found a passion for supporting people to dream and set goals for their future, where previously they had only been told of barriers in their way. I moved on to work for DHHS DD Service Coordination, where I spent ten years doing case management. While there, I excelled at creating professional relationships to help open doors for people I worked with. I gained experience in working with people with behavioral health needs and legal involvement. Here, I was able to support individuals to learn new ways to have their needs met safely, while also being able to develop social relationships with people in their lives. I spent a short while at one of our local offices on aging, where I gained experiencing working with aging individuals. I love being able to help develop a support system so people are able to remain part of our community. I love finding ways to use my experience in case management and supervisory skills, to develop strong teams. I see the value in training and educating employees, who will bring new ideas and consistent growth opportunities to a business.
