As Vice President of Development at Pivot, I lead real estate projects from site selection through stabilization, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals. I focus on bridging vision and execution, guiding teams and partners to bring development plans to life. For more than a decade prior, I played a central role in the planning and execution of Wheeler District, a 150-acre urban infill development in Oklahoma City. That experience spanned phase of the project: infrastructure and entitlements, vertical development, operations, and long-term strategy. I thrive at the intersection of vision and execution, aligning people, processes, and resources to meet big-picture goals. I love the complexity of making things real—building places that are beautiful, functional, and deeply connected to the people they’re meant to serve.
