About Assata Omowale

I am a committed career & emotional intelligence coach totally in love with personal development and career management. A cheerleader my nature I have over 20 years of experience in supporting, creating the ways and collaboratively designing the action steps to achieve their personal and career goals. After years as a dedicated stay-at-home parent, intermixed with leading workshops and seminars on emotional intelligence and career management, I love bringing my hybrid coaching approach to companies and ambitious professionals in mid career. My ability to support and uplift people is backed by a strong educational background in sociology, particularly in work and organisational psychology, combined with certifications in Coaching, Image Consulting, Neuroscience for Coaching, Group Coaching and Emotional Intelligence.I am always excited to use my experience in leading others and collaborating with senior executives in NGOs and companies in supporting others to reach those same heights, bringing intentional and desired change by coaching others how to excel in workplace relationships and how to effectively manage and leverage their skills and abilities. If you share my interests or experience, or if you wish to know more about professional development coaching, feel free to connect with me!
