With a Master’s of Education in Assessment and Pedagogy and Equity, Diversity, and Social Change, Aster blends expertise in educational frameworks with a deep commitment to equitable learning environments. Aster’s teaching and facilitation approach integrates cutting-edge methodologies such as Universal Design for Learning, social constructivism, constructive alignment, and experiential learning. They have designed and delivered impactful training programs on topics ranging from mental health and allyship to bias, diversity, conflict resolution, and teamwork, equipping educators with tools to foster engaging, accessible, and transformative learning experiences.
