About Atma Khalsa

Hi! My name is Atma Khalsa. I am passionate about the potentials that can be reached when we are able to successfully work together. Through my work I seek to advance the development and integration of healthy systems to enhance the effectiveness and synergy within individuals and groups. I do this by empowering those I work with, through collaborative consulting, to identify areas of growth, engage effective process tools, and work together to learn and improve continuously. The ultimate effect is results-based outcomes that are greater than the sum of their parts. I am engaging my professional skills as the Director of Organizational Development and currently work for the highest level parent company/governance organization that directs several nonprofits all with service oriented missions. I am trained in Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement/ coaching practices. I am excited to work with others on team building, group process work, leadership development, complex problem solving, and relationship building. Over this past year I have had the incredible opportunity to participate in a global restorative justice project. I am learning alongside experts in the field about the power and application of conflict transformation, the use of circle as a tool for inclusive dialogue, and developing equitable processes that address justice needs.
