I have over 30 years expertise and background in Executive Coaching, Change Management initiatives, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives (DEI). I continue to be highly regarded as an inspiring coach, enthusiastic facilitator, trainer, and engaging college professor. My style encourages, empowers, and supports those I serve to produce results that matter. Currently, I am honored to work with Wake Up Rise Up Live Up on Bloom Book Project 2022 Volume 3, Stories for Women to Nurture Your Growth and Water Your Soul. Also, I am working with WrightWay Consulting Inc. project team to design and deliver a mentoring training program in a government agency. Throughout my career I have contracted with other Human Resource companies to implement a significant number of DEI's, including leadership development and coaching initiatives for: American Cancer Society, Center for Disease Control, Coca Cola, ConocoPhillips Alliance Refinery, Denny’s Restaurant, Government Agencies, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc, Microsoft, Orange Duffel Bag Initiative, Southern Company and Georgia Power, Texaco, and United Way. I am also an Online Visiting Professor at DeVry University, teaching Career Development classes.
