About Auro Sen

Finance leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategy, FP & A, and scalable finance operations across high-growth startups and emerging markets. Over the past decade, I have specialized in building and scaling finance organizations from 0→1, establishing end-to-end capabilities across finance, FP & A, legal, accounting, tax, and compliance in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia). I bring strong expertise in strategic planning, business finance, and financial modeling, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to enable data-driven decisions and sustainable growth. I have led Series A and Series B fundraising and due diligence processes, successfully supporting raises of up to $140M in a single round, while managing P&L ownership for businesses generating $30M+ in monthly revenue. Having worked across multiple industries, my core focus lies in e-commerce and fintech, where I have built investor-ready finance functions, strengthened forecasting accuracy, and enhanced stakeholder confidence through robust reporting and governance. Beyond operational leadership, I am an active global speaker and engage as a Fractional CFO, supporting founders and leadership teams on financial strategy, capital planning, and investor relations.
