About Aussie Ndlovu

With over a decade of experience in youth development, education, and project management, I have a proven track record of leading impactful programs across Southern Africa. As Lead for Regional Youth Development at MIET Africa, I drove initiatives that empower young people through capacity-building, policy integration, leadership development, and advocacy. My work focused on strengthening youth agency within education systems, leveraging frameworks such as the Child and Youth Agency Framework (CYAF) and initiatives like the Ubuntu Youth Leaders Academy. I have managed regional youth programs at the British Council and led the Education & Health program (FutureLife-Now!) in Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Malawi, an Zambia, honing my expertise in strategic planning, mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration. With a deep commitment to aligning education and health programs to address socio-economic challenges, I am passionate about fostering youth leadership, economic empowerment, and sustainable development to build resilient communities for a better future.
