About Avery Oldfield

Throughout the past few years, I have had the opportunity to grow in my expertise in Sales and Marketing. As I finish my Bachelor's in Marketing and my Bachelor's in Bible and Interdisciplinary Studies, I continue to find ways to improve and learn. Previously, I was a Merchandising Team Leader for American Eagle Outfitters, the same brand that I am now a Merchandise Leader for. In these roles, I have been tasked with taking and designing product displays to best support business and encourage sales through proper product placement, as well as utilizing company ideas to create new and fresh displays when necessary to create better guest engagement. In addition to this role, I have served a handful of years as an Event Staff member and more recently as a Creative Programming Intern for Christ In Youth, where I have been able to grow my interpersonal skills while working with fellow staff and also churches and students from across the country. This role has also challenged me to think outside of the box and utilize innovative gear and equipment to best engage students while learning about the Gospel.
