About Avinash Jogi

As an Assistant Manager, I optimized the talent acquisition and retention processes and streamlined the HR operations for the organization. I led a team of 7 HR service associates, developed job descriptions and specifications, collaborated with hiring managers, and facilitated the onboarding process for new hires. I also identified and developed training needs and programs, conducted employee training sessions, and monitored the learning and development outcomes. I have proven skills in candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, auditing, hire to retire, engagement, benefits and compensation, quantity and quality management, and process improvement. With a B.S.C Computer Science degree from Krishna University, I have a strong technical background and domain expertise that enables me to understand the requirements and challenges of various roles and industries. I have over 3.9 years of experience in recruitment and operations, working with different clients and locations across India. I have successfully handled both contractual and permanent staffing, coordinated virtual and non-virtual interviews, and resolved technical issues for the candidates and the panel. I am eager to bring my recruitment expertise and HR operational skills to a dynamic and challenging role, where I can contribute to the organization's growth and success.
