I have years of experience working in customer service both in a sales environment as well as managing and following up with customer accounts, requests and portfolios. More recently I have gained additional skillsets as a lending and investment specialist. In my current role I am required to build rapport and instill confidence in my customers in handling their most sensitive requests pertaining to their borrowing and investment needs. I coach customers on their credit concerns and assist in both building, maintain and rebuilding their credit. With my vast and versatile knowledge of BMO products I provide customers with need-based solutions ensuring to escalate situations appropriately as well as referring clients to the appropriate departments when needed. In prior employment I have gained experience engaging with clients, answering their questions and monitoring their claims with the firm. This often included handling client’s confidential information and preparing legal correspondence, applications and appointments with the other legal offices, medical clinics and government agencies.
