About Ayham Adi

I’m a mechanical engineer (P.Eng) with over 15 years of experience working across sales, operations, and technical roles in the HVAC and industrial equipment space. Over the years, I’ve moved from hands-on engineering into regional leadership, where I focus on growing revenue, improving operations, and building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners. I’ve been fortunate to work on projects valued up to $4M, grow revenue year-over-year, and help expand market presence by developing new channels and strengthening existing ones. In my current role, I oversee operations across North America, working closely with sales teams to align forecasting, inventory, and project execution. A big part of my role is making sure everything runs smoothly—from the warehouse to the customer site—while keeping an eye on efficiency and long-term growth. What I enjoy most is solving problems, supporting teams, and finding practical ways to move the business forward. Core areas I focus on: • Regional sales growth & market expansion • Distributor & partner relationships • Key accounts and contract negotiation • Operations and process improvement • HVAC & industrial air filtration systems I’m always open to connecting with people in the industry and exploring opportunities where I can contribute at a regional or country leadership level.
