Consistent record of working to a high standard, with a practical approach to problem solving and a drive to see things through to completion.During my time working for HSBC UK I have had experience in various different rolls from cashiering to personal banking and then most recently in a back office support roll. This roll came with great responsibilities and promoted me to a senior customer service officer. My roll required me to be flexible which saw me working face to face with customers, managing the counter when needed and completing branch audit checks. I was also an authorized branch deputy, managing the day-to-day running of the branch in the absence of a manager. This provided me with the opportunity to oversee the building maintenance, stationery ordering and to be the point of contact for any issues the team were facing. Above all my role was to provide a superior customer service that is personalized, friendly and efficient. In order to resolve more complex queries I think outside the box to provide solutions that are both acceptable to the customer whilst also uphold HSBC UK’s values and adhere to current regulations. I ensured all processes and procedures are followed in accordance with HSBC Bank policy standards to mitigate risk. I provided coaching to my peers to enable them to understand the potential risks that we may come across such as money laundering, sanctions and reputational risks.The previous roles and responsibilities I have had have enabled me to gain and develop many valuable skills. These include time management, planning and organization. I also have strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency. I am comfortable working by myself but I am also very much a team player which enables me to work well in both environments
