About Azhar Qureshi

I’m a recent graduate of the Building Automation System Operations and Project Management programs at Algonquin College with a strong academic foundation in HVAC controls smart building technologies and project coordination. Throughout my training I gained hands-on experience working with a range of BAS components including VAVs FCUs AHUs FPBs Boilers Chillers Exhaust fans and Sump Pumps. I’ve developed and simulated control logic using tools like WebCTRL EIKON Logic Builder enteliWEB and RC-Toolkit and am comfortable with BAS graphics creation point-to-point testing and BACnet-based system configuration. In addition I’ve created shop drawings and as-built drawings using Microsoft Visio helping visualize control system layouts for lab-based scenarios. I’ve also explored DIALux for lighting design simulations giving me insight into lighting efficiency and placement for energy-conscious building systems. My background in Electrical Engineering combined with my BAS education gives me a well-rounded skill set in both technical and project-based environments. While I may not yet have field experience I bring strong theoretical knowledge a hands-on mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
