About Azra Khan

Formally I would like to introduce my self as, a dedicated professional with a passion for research and development in the food industry. My journey has been rich with experiences ranging from product development to shelf-life stability studies and sensory evaluation. As an R&D Associate at GoAanam International Merchandise LLP, I've had the opportunity to take part in diverse projects, including formulating and developing various seasonings,food products and conducting sensory analyses to ensure optimal taste profiles. With a solid educational background including an M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology and a B.Sc. in Microbiology, I bring both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to my role. My experience has fortified my skills in technical problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory guidelines, particularly those set forth by FSSAI in India. I am driven by a keen ability to plan, organize, and present findings effectively, which has contributed to both personal and organizational success. Outside of my professional pursuits, I maintain a steadfast dedication to perpetual learning and active engagement within the community ensuing to which I have been privileged to have been chosen to participate in the prestigious LedBy Accelerator Program, an opportunity for which I am profoundly grateful. Through various training programs, internships, and volunteer initiatives, I continuously expand my skill set and contribute to the advancement of the food science domain. I thrive on challenges and am eager to explore new opportunities for innovation and growth in the dynamic landscape of food entrepreneurship, food research and development.
