The means by which Ford determined his life’s purpose through knowledge, experience, curiosity, and perseverance, is the same way that I recognised the purpose of my chosen career path, and as a strongminded character hailing from a minority background, growing up in the face of adversity has incentivised me to showcase my true potential. My core ideals comprise of a fusion of determination, challenge, gratitude, and leadership which have remained at the heart of all my professional work. Resilience comes naturally to me, remaining at the base of my determination to succeed. From my early role in sales, to operating my own company, the motivation to deliver the best results has never fallen short. I am renowned by my closest associates for having a way with words, implying my persistence to achieve the optimal result I seek. Whether it be securing new clientele or enhancing customer experience, I never settle for less than exceptional outcomes. It is with this drive that I welcome new and unfamiliar encounters. My adaptability and commitment have led me to devise solutions to difficulties by any means, and this problem- solving has fruited my urge to take on challenging situations in which I thrive the greatest. Although, undeniably, the satisfaction of my service users, employees, and partners alike, remain the fundamental outcome of my professional work. I recognise that success does not stem from one fruit, but much rather, is the result of all the fruit that grow from the tree. But equally, I appreciate the value a bad fruit, be it a negative customer experience or an envious competitor, past employer, or colleague, in contributing towards success.
