Experienced Concept Artist. Currently: Art Director at BetaJester. Previously: Character Concept Artist on Disney's TRON franchise for Bithell Games. I'm a strongly narrative driven artist with drive for getting deep into the weeds of a worlds story & visual identities. My work has had a focus on threading needles; providing a projects needs and enthusiasm for both my internal teams and external clients. My iterative processes & research mean that requirements are met confidently to drive excitement & exploration within development, as well as be able to adapt to tight deadlines & restrictions as required. As an Art Director for BetaJester, my work has driven creative direction for the team as a whole, as well as bringing focus and organisation to our styles and art team. I aim to bring my team clarity in their work and assist in their pipelines to bring our creative visions to life. Keeping on top of industry software & workflows, I help our team apply internal and external client requirements, as well as develop specific actionable feedback, to any given project. From visual development, research and 3D work to organisational pipelines & providing material for pitch documentation, I've worked with our team in a wide range or areas to create more efficient & cost effective approaches to BetaJester's art production. This with the aim of enabling us to work on exciting projects that are designed to work efficiently with our available resources. I endeavour to share my knowledge and equally (if not, more so) learn from my peers. As ever, I'm excited to continue doing so!
