Through collaboration and coaching, I strive to uphold the highest standards of service that align with our organization's values.In my current role, I meticulously review legal and criminal investigation reports, directly impacting our quality standards. My responsibilities include research, quality assurance, and ensuring that reportable offenses meet FCRA laws, state laws, and client specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures and materials, which I've honed through hands-on experience and continuous learning within my position.
