I’ve helped lead large-scale Christian conferences with up to attendees, working closely with speakers, artists, vendors, and venue teams to ensure every detail reflects intentionality and care. Hospitality, servant leadership, and operational excellence are at the core of what I do. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where I can anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and lead with both warmth and precision. Whether I’m managing travel and contracts, overseeing hotel accommodations, walking a speaker to their green room, or supporting a team of 100+ volunteers — I see logistics as a ministry. I believe excellence honors the Gospel, and I’m committed to bringing that mindset into every event, every detail, and every relationship.
