To advance professionally. looking for a QA/QC Engineer position in facade installation or assembly to enhance my career capabilities. Responsible for Quality Control of the project ensuring compliance with specification codes Review and check material submittal logs and status to verify compliance in accordance with requirements on installation and testing procedure stated on contract specification. Coordinate site related activities and act on technical inquiries to resolve issues with regards to deviations from approved construction drawings. Issue nonconformance report and site work instructions to implement project control on all levels of Facade works. • Ensure that the work is as per the approved shop drawings & project Specification. • Ensure implementation of contractors Quality Management System in The Project. • Determining and reporting any NCR to the QA/QC Manager. Ensuring that all personnel are fully aware with all the quality • Requirements and applications for all quality documents as relevant to Their discipline. • Maintain all quality records properly documented. • Performing product inspection checks and ensure products are complying with the approved Quality Acceptance Criteria. • Ensuring random inspection carried out in every installation stage. Ensure inspection references (PQP, ITP, MS, Drawings, Project specs, etc.) are available, correct and up to date. • Preparing quality observation, WIR/MIR, NCR & MDR report. Performing/conducting (site testing, progress inspection, snagging & final handover) site inspection with main contractor and client representative. • Coordinate with third party inspections like Pullout test and water Penetration test, Air infiltration test, Structural performance test. Prepare snag list prior to final inspection during hand over time. Execute final inspection / Handing over inspection of the completed works to the Consultant / Client.
