Cyrus is an experienced curtain-wall lead designer, manager and consultant who designs from scratch various types of bespoke external glazing curtain-walling, including intricate external glazing systems such as active and double skin facade, double curved geometry façade, special doors and pre-stressed tension cable glazing system and various building enveloped glazing packages. He has in depth knowledge in material and façade performance specification. He is known globally for his creativity and leadership skills; notably in Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA. He has more than 20 years of extensive managerial experience in managing large design office of reputable multi-national companies consisted of various ethnic backgrounds and cultures. He is a team builder and innovator and has helped to create, to implement and to enforce design office quality manuals for new start-up design offices. His career in the facade industry has brought him around the globe notably to Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia and UAE.
