Background
About Barak Lafer
I combine Naval leadership, sales success, and product management into a unique career path. As a Naval Officer, I led teams under pressure and coordinated complex operations. In sales and business development, I drove $20M+ in deals and built international pipelines across EMEA and APAC.Now as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS and AI/IoT, I’ve led products from idea to launch. At SeismicAI, I rolled out ShakeWatch, a mobile app for earthquake preparedness, scaling adoption with enterprise customers. I work across engineering, scientific, and business teams to deliver features that tie directly to user impact. What sets me apart is the ability to bridge strategy, execution, and people. I thrive in zero-to-one product building, integrate customer feedback into clear outcomes, and bring the discipline of the Navy with the empathy of a customer-focused PM. My focus: building products in AI, SaaS, and resilience tech that create real business and human value.
