About Barb Stoddard
My professional experience includes 40 years in the health system: 20+ years in clinical practice as a physical therapist and occupational therapist and 20 years in health care administration. I retired in January 2012 from my inspiring and satisfying work as Director of System Transformation, Flow and Medical Administration at VCH-Richmond. Richmond is a multi-site, multi level organization within Vancouver Coastal Health regional authority. In addition to this work, I am privileged to hold an Associate Faculty appointment to the School of Leadership Studies at Royal Roads University where I study and teach the scholarship and practice of organizational leadership. My leadership experience and interests lie in the domains of system integration, quality improvement, sustainable change, and organizational leadership.
