About Barbara Marie Mauritson

As an employee or work partner I contribute with both academic knowledge and practical experience. As an event and project coordinator I use the knowledge and experience I have acquired from my studies and work experience. I have created projects in colaboration with citizens, organizations, schools, entrepreneurs and many more. I am able to develop, coordinate and execute projects and can facilitate processes and ensure documentation and evaluation. One of my main focuses is visualization and graphic communication. I visualize processes, visions, products and methods in order to make them clear and impactful - internatlly or externally. Visual communication is very effective and easily understood and processed by the brain. It also bypasses hierarchies and structures that otherwise might prevent effectful communication and a shared understanding. I can be analytic, creative and practical in my approach. I understand the global context as well as the framework society creates for working with cultural and social development. I have and academic perspective in my work as well as a lot of practical experience- Project Planning - Events and Workshops - Culture and Cross Cultural Collaboration - International Work and Languages - Fundraising and Communication - Children and Youth - Administration and Financial Planning - InDesign - SoMe and documentation through photo and video
