Barbara Santos passionately supports people transform their lives on a professional and personal level, so they can reach their full potential. Barbara has over 18 years of experience in the corporate world, 17 of which were in the market leading telecommunication companies. During her journey as a Marketing & Communications Team Manager, Barbara found powerful tools that helped her manage stress and unleash her highest potential, and she discovered her real passion to teach those tools to others. Since 2010, she has been delivering workshops to individuals and well-renowned organizations, such as DELOITTE, UNILEVER, SAGE and CATOLICA Lisbon School, having helped hundreds of people from all over the world to become the best version of themselves. Since 2014, Barbara has been involved in the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza - New York Times best-selling author, lecturer and researcher. In 2015 and 2016, she had the honor to become the first Portuguese HeartMath® Certified Coach and Trainer. Since 2018, Barbara has been having the privilege to serve as a Team Leader / Group Lead at numerous international events with Dr. Joe Dispenza. Her passion for Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work led her to become the first Portuguese Certified NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant (NCSC). Barbara Santos is part of a global network of corporate consultants trained by Dr. Joe Dispenza to teach organizations how to apply the neuroscience of change to increase employee engagement, collaboration, creativity, productivity, and ultimately — business results.
