I help small to mid-sized manufacturers achieve their vision through leadership development, normalizing change, and enhancing individual performance. I provide science-based active learning experiences and coaching toward mastery of leadership, adaptability, and optimal performance.The story usually begins with an Owner, CEO, or President who sees potential in their industry for their organization. They have struggled to communicate what they see and are exhausted and frustrated by little or no progress toward that potential.Getting crystal clear on what success looks like and why it is important to everyone, is the first step toward achieving the outcome. I love the moment when a client clearly expresses for the first time what it is they desire for themselves and the company. I hear an enthusiastic "That's it!". The next step is to share that vision and the need for change to get from where they are now to where they could be. This creates a gap.We then teach everyone how to lead themselves and others, change, and return to an optimal state of being in the face of adversity. This resources the team to navigate the gap.Then the real fun begins as the individuals self-organize, collaborate, and create the path toward that vision!#Leadership - When every individual in an organization can create a vision of the future, self-regulate their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, and positively influence others, a new leadership culture emerges.#Adaptability - For organizations to change, individuals need to change and there is a biology to change that can be mastered!
