By using a coach as an enabler, individuals partner in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires to maximize their personal and professional potential. As a coach I can help those individuals and their teams create positive change and achieve extraordinary results. My Prior Experience I am a Senior Human Resources Leader with domestic and international leadership and generalist experience. I am highly proficient in Professional Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Reorganization, Global Recruitment Strategy and Implementation, Affirmative Action Plans, Employee Relations, HR Law and Policy, Compensation and Benefits, Competency Modeling, Project Management, Change Management, Group Facilitation, Process Analysis, and Technical Skills Training, within the international manufacturing, professional services, sales, and retail environments. Throughout my roles I have worked with senior leadership teams to design and develop themselves and their successors in extreme times of change. I now provide Career Transition counseling through LHH. As a Career Transition Coach, I help individuals to explore the possibilities of what's next in their career, prepare them for job search through resume, LinkedIn profile review and interview prep. I remain passionate about mentoring women exploring leadership opportunities and supporting their growth as well as serve as the Chair of the Asnuntuck Community College Foundation.
