Barry Barrett implements the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) to help entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses. This is accomplished by accelerating leadership performance through coaching three things: vision, traction, and health. Vision, from the standpoint of first getting leaders 100% on the same page with where the organization is going and how it is going to get there. Traction, from the standpoint of helping leaders to become more disciplined and accountable, executing really well to achieve every part of the vision. Health, meaning helping leaders to become a healthy, functional, and cohesive leadership team. Barry is an experienced entrepreneur who has faced the same challenges that you experience every day.
