Technologies regularly used are VoiP, SIP, IAX, ctirix, MS technologies, Linux, BSD, IVR, PSTN, gateways and many other TLAs.* project management: I have been involved with technical pre-sales, consultation and planning of new installs, large system moves, system consolidations and project development * Call centre technology: predictive, power and progressive diallers. Algorithms they use, and how they apply to the contact centre industry.* Policy, procedure and regulation: I have to deal with many different regulations, DMA, OFCOM PCI-DSS and FSA, and know how to apply them without impacting business performance.* Software development: I have written several large applications and many smaller ones. Languages I have used extensively with are C, C++, C#, Haskell, python, javascript. I have worked with QT, GTK+, Winforms, WPF, and many many other toolkits. My true loves are Linux software development and making robots. My current project is to 3d printing a full sized robot. call me mad. I currently run 3 open source projects, from motor controllers to algorithms libraries to control complex robotic systems.
