I am a hardworking and dedicated worker and want to join a peaceful and innovative research organization. I earned my PhD degree in 2016 in the field of organic chemistry and my research was isolation of secondary metabolites from plants and their characterization using spectroscopic techniques such as UV-visible, IR and NMR spectroscopy. During my research I worked in different research institutes including HEJ Research Institute, University of Karachi, Karachi and School of Chemical Sciences, University of Auckland, Auckland. After completion of my PhD, I worked as assistant professor in Institute of Chemical Sciences, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan for one year and then joined Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan. While working at KFUEIT, I have completed following projects. Synthesis of organic compounds such as Schiff base derivatives, oxaiazole etc. Isolation of secondary metabolites from medicinal plants. Their characterization and biological evaluation. Synthesis of composite metal oxide catalysts and used them in synthesis of biodiesel from castor oil, waste cooking oil and waste chicken. Synthesis of green pesticide from plant essential oils to manage mustard plant aphids. Alkaloid screening and characterization in medicinal plants of Pakistan using HPLC-MS. Preparation of virtual libraries of phytochemicals to evaluate their medicinal potential through molecular Docking and computational tools SwissADME and ADMET lab2.0. Synthesis of diazine, triazine and tetrazine derivatives using hetero Diles- Alder reaction. Determination of concentration of heavy metal ions in vegetables grown on lands which are irrigated with sewage water."My future plans of research are selection of phytochemical ligands from database libraries on the bases of Lipinski rule of five and their docking analysis with HSP-90 proteins using AutoDock vina. Molecules with good docking scores will be selected for further studies. Pharmacokinetics and Bioactivity profile will be evaluated using online platforms of swissADME and ADMET LAB2.0. After careful evaluation of interacting ligand atoms with target proteins, derivative molecules will be designed by substitution of other atoms/groups. After selection of ligand molecules and their derivatives. Retrosynthesis of best docking scores molecules will be carried out and their structures will be elucidated by spectroscopic techniques and evaluated in vitro and in vivo. QSAR studies of results will be conducted and published in peer reviewed journals.
