About Bea Ndlovu

I have more than 10 years of experience working in finance, risk management, assurance, managing projects and teams. I am curious about strategy, systems, and leadership. I have a keen interest in how people and systems interact, engage, and how the related dynamics can be positively influenced to achieve results. In the past 10 years I have explored ideas of passion and power applying several tools and techniques which I have learnt through technical and 'on the job' training; I have learnt some hard lessons but mostly had fun discovering my own efficacy, the positive influence I can have on the development of others and finding creative ways to challenge my colleagues to achieve their best, with the intent that we elevate our level of performance as a team. On a personal level, I enjoy storytelling and appreciate the opportunity to tell my own story as a black South African woman shaped by the influences of a country going through changing landscape, and redefinition.
