I have developed a diverse career spanning both the private and humanitarian sectors, focusing on Human Resources (HR) and operational management in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments. I started with an internship at a French language and cultural center before transitioning to a labour market intelligence firm, where I managed salary surveys across the Asia Pacific region and conducted global NGO pay surveys. I then joined a McKinsey & Co, working in the Professional Development team to support operations in North and South America. My role involved producing reports and leveraging HR systems to support career development and performance evaluation for international staff. In the humanitarian sector, I have significantly contributed to streamlining HR operations at both the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). At ICRC, I held supervisory and Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles, overseeing onboarding, payroll, benefits, and administrative functions for both HQ and field staff. I also led Rapid Deployment Missions and ensured data accuracy, driving efficiency in critical HR processes that directly supported frontline humanitarian efforts. At IOM, I enhanced my expertise in payroll and global compliance, ensuring the accuracy of employment records and payroll for a globally dispersed workforce. My HR expertise encompasses compensation and benefits, international payroll, onboarding/offboarding, professional development, and performance management. I have worked closely with diverse, multinational teams and thrive in environments where adaptability and problem-solving are key. Whether managing complex HR projects or providing strategic insights to leadership, I bring a detail-oriented and data-driven approach to optimizing processes.
