I am a passionate of Tourism sector. I enjoy working in customer services department attending the requests and covering all the necessities that my clients can have. My professional career has been focused during the last 14 years on the operations and customer service sectors. Specifically, I have been working at receptions (Business Centers and Hotels) and on processing teams (Microsoft and travel agencies) attending customers queries and performing associated work. I lived in Ireland for more than 4 years where I attended some English language schools in order to improve my language skills, which are at Advanced level. I also speak Portuguese an Upper Intermediate Level. I am responsible, organised and hardworking with good attention to detail. I am also excellent with clients due to my extensive experience in customer service. Love to meet new places and countries where I can learn new cultures, new languages and share with other people different experiences and knowledge. Areas of interest - Hotels (Reception Department / Bookings Department / Events Department)- Tour Operators- Operations departments- Commercial and Public Relations departments.
